Cancellation Policy
By lending artwork from Hanz Human and Mertyl Human (“we,” “our”), you (“the lessee ” or “host”) agree to the following terms. 1. Payment & Deposit Full lending fee and a refundable deposit of 50% of artwork value are due before delivery/shipping. Deposit is refunded within 7 business days after the artwork is returned in its original condition. 2. Delivery & Collection Iloilo City: Delivery and collection done personally at no extra cost (unless otherwise agreed). 3. Artwork Care & Condition Protect artwork from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, heat, stains, children, pets or sharp objects. If returned damaged, altered, or lost, the deposit is forfeited and additional charges may apply. Artwork will be inspected upon return. 4. Lending Duration Standard lending period: 1 month, 3 months, 9 months. Extensions available by request and subject to fees. 5. Cancellation & Refunds Cancel 48+ hours before delivery for a full refund. No refund of lending fee for early returns excluding deposit will be refunded. 6. Purchase Option & Host Commission Guests may purchase the artwork through our website during lending period. Host receives 5 - 10% commission ( thank you share) on the final sale price, after buyer payment via hosts referral link. Thank you share will be paid on the 15th of the month or the following month and you the lessee will receive the deposit in 7 Business days via the payment method you've used at the beginning of the lending period. Lending ends immediately upon purchase. 7. Liability & Insurance Lessee is fully responsible for the artwork during lending period. We do not provide insurance; lessee should consider temporary coverage for high-value works. 8. Agreement Payment confirms that the lessee has read, understood, and accepted these terms.
